Oscar the Grouch’s Domain

The garbage men make their rounds on Tuesdays round these parts.  On Monday night, I noticed something a little interesting.  After mentioning it to Brenda, I said aloud (in a decidedly non-inside voice), “I’ve got to get a picture of that for the blog!”  So, across the street I went to document the beautiful scene of Clearfield at its best.

Holy crap!

Wow, that’s quite a stash! Don’t worry, the Supreme Court decided in 1988 in the case of California vs Greenwood that when you voluntarily put your trash out on the curb, it can be searched. Don’t worry, the fourth amendment is still firmly in place. The real question is, were these just from one night, or had he been storing these up to throw them a way all at once to impress the neighbors?

Is it any wonder we were happy to see this sign go up? 🙂  Anybody interested in moving across the street from us?
